1. Subscription types
REDA offers a free plan and paid plans, including monthly and annual subscriptions. Paid subscriptions are prepaid for the selected billing period.
A monthly subscription is paid in advance and renews monthly. An annual subscription is charged in full upfront and renews annually unless renewal is cancelled.
At sign-up, users will be shown the subscription price, billing period, included services, and renewal frequency. Prices may be displayed in U.S. dollars or another currency, as shown on the payment page.
2. Automatic renewal
A paid subscription renews automatically according to the selected monthly or annual billing cycle using the payment method provided by the user, until canceled.
Users are responsible for canceling before the next renewal date if they do not wish to continue. Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete the user account or stored information.
3. Canceling a monthly subscription
A user may cancel a monthly subscription at any time.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing cycle. Until then, the subscription remains active and the user may continue using its included services.
No additional charge will be made for the next billing cycle after cancellation takes effect.
No full or partial refund will be issued for a month already charged, including where the user cancels during the month, does not use the system, or uses it only partially.
Example: if the monthly billing date is the 15th and the user cancels on the 24th, the subscription remains active until the 15th of the following month and is then canceled without another charge.
This section is subject to cancellation and refund rights that cannot be waived under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law or other mandatory law.
4. Canceling an annual subscription
An annual subscription is charged in full upfront. A user may request cancellation of annual automatic renewal at any time.
Cancellation stops only the next annual renewal and does not convert the subscription to monthly billing. The plan and all included services remain active through the end of the prepaid annual period.
The unused portion of the annual period is not automatically refunded or prorated solely because renewal was cancelled. An approved exceptional refund or a refund required by law is handled separately.
Nothing in this Policy limits mandatory cancellation, refund, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
5. How to cancel a subscription
A cancellation request may be submitted in any of the following ways:
Cancellation methods
- Through the subscription cancellation option in the personal area, where available.
- Through the dedicated “Cancel Transaction” link on the website.
- By email to support@myreda.io.
- By any additional method required by law.
Include the following information
- Full name.
- The email address used to open the account.
- The business or workspace name in the system.
- An explicit request to cancel the subscription.
- Invoice number or the last four digits of the payment method, if needed to locate the transaction.
Security and confirmation
For security and impersonation prevention, REDA may request additional reasonable details to verify the account owner’s identity. Do not send a full credit-card number, security code, or other sensitive payment details by email. After the request is received, a confirmation will be sent by email. If no confirmation is received within three business days, please contact us again.
6. When charges stop
For business customers or transactions not governed by the Israeli Consumer Protection Law:
Timing by subscription type
- For monthly subscriptions, cancellation prevents the next monthly charge and service remains active until the current billing cycle ends.
- For annual subscriptions, cancellation prevents the next annual charge and service remains active until the paid annual term ends.
Additional provisions
No new charges will be made after cancellation takes effect, except amounts the user legally committed to pay before cancellation. When the Consumer Protection Law applies, billing will stop and cancellation will be processed according to mandatory legal requirements.
7. Cancellation under the Consumer Protection Law
Where a user qualifies as a “consumer” and the transaction is governed by the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, a distance-selling transaction for an ongoing service may be canceled within 14 days from the transaction date or receipt of a document containing the transaction details, whichever is later, even if service has already begun.
In that case
- The user may be charged a proportional amount for the period during which the service was made available before cancellation took effect.
- REDA may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100, whichever is lower, where permitted by law.
- If cancellation results from a mismatch between the service and the details provided, a material defect for which REDA is responsible, failure to supply the service, or another breach by REDA, no cancellation fee will be charged, subject to law.
Extended cancellation periods
A consumer who is a person with a disability, a senior citizen, or a new immigrant may be entitled to a longer cancellation period under applicable legal conditions. REDA may request an appropriate document to verify eligibility.
Nothing in this Policy limits any right granted to a user under mandatory law.
8. Refunds
Cancellation of renewal and a refund are separate actions. Cancelling renewal does not automatically initiate a refund.
A refund approved as an exceptional case or required by applicable law will be processed separately, using the original payment method where possible and within the period required by law.
After REDA issues a refund, the time it takes to appear depends on the user’s credit-card company, bank, or payment provider. Nothing here limits a mandatory legal right.
Business customers or cases with no legal refund right
- Payment for a billing cycle that has already begun will not be refunded in full or in part.
- Canceling a monthly subscription during the month does not entitle the user to a refund for that month.
- Non-use or partial use does not automatically create a right to a refund.
- Failure to publish content or use the full allowance of publications, accounts, clients, workspaces, or other plan capabilities does not automatically create a right to a refund.
- Cancellation prevents the next renewal but does not reverse a charge already lawfully completed.
Exceptional cases
At its discretion and according to the circumstances, REDA may approve a refund, credit, or service extension in exceptional cases. A one-time approval does not create an obligation to approve similar requests in the future.
9. Duplicate or incorrect charges
A user who believes a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, or a charge after cancellation took effect was made should contact support@myreda.io with account details and proof of the charge.
After review, any amount collected unlawfully will be returned in accordance with law and to the original payment method.
10. Service interruptions and faults
A refund request arising from a fault will be reviewed according to its duration, severity, impact on the user’s ability to use the system, and whether its source was within REDA’s control.
Temporary interruptions, maintenance, technical limitations, policy changes, blocks, restrictions, or faults originating from third-party platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, do not automatically entitle a user to a refund unless otherwise required by law.
REDA does not control external platforms and cannot guarantee that every publication will be approved, published, remain active, or appear identically on each platform.
If a material fault for which REDA is responsible prevented use of a purchased service, REDA may provide a prorated refund, credit, or subscription extension according to the circumstances and applicable law.
11. Changing plans
An upgrade to a higher plan may take effect immediately. The user will be charged according to the price and terms shown before confirming the upgrade.
A downgrade generally takes effect in the next billing cycle. Until then, the existing plan remains available and no refund for the difference will be issued unless otherwise required by law.
Changing plans may affect usage limits, the number of connected accounts, clients, publications, workspaces, and other subscription features.
12. Fees, taxes, and currency differences
The final amount shown to the user may be affected by exchange rates, currency-conversion fees, bank fees, taxes, or other charges applying to the transaction.
Fees collected directly by a bank, credit-card company, or external payment provider are not collected by REDA, and their return is governed by that party’s policy.
13. Cancellation or suspension for Terms violations
REDA may suspend or cancel an account for illegal use, attempted fraud, harm to system security, infringement of third-party rights, service abuse, violation of connected-platform rules, or another material breach of the Terms of Use.
Where an account is suspended or canceled because of the user’s violation, no refund will be issued unless otherwise required by law.
14. Chargebacks
Before opening a chargeback with a credit-card company, users are encouraged to contact support@myreda.io so we can review and address the charge quickly.
A fraudulent chargeback or continued use after disputing payment may result in account suspension and additional lawful action.
Nothing in this section limits a user’s right to submit a justified chargeback under law.
15. Subscription cancellation versus account deletion
Canceling a paid subscription is not a request to delete the account or its stored information.
A user who wants to delete the account and associated personal information must submit a separate request under REDA’s Privacy Policy.
Account deletion does not cancel charges lawfully incurred before deletion and does not automatically create a refund right.
Before a subscription ends or an account is deleted, users are encouraged to export or save information and content they wish to retain.
